Olga Panarina, PsyD

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Olga Panarina is a licensed psychologist in Colorado, Washington, and Michigan with extensive training and experience in forensic and clinical assessment. She earned her Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in 2022 from California Southern University, following a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California in 2014 and a Doctor of Social Work (DSW) in 2019. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychopharmacology at the University of Colorado, Denver.


Dr. Panarina began her career in mental health as a social worker, with an early focus on forensic populations. She completed her clinical internship on Rikers Island in New York City, where she worked with a female forensic population. She went on to serve in both the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) and the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), gaining extensive experience in correctional and forensic mental health settings. Following completion of her doctoral training in psychology, Dr. Panarina completed a specialized internship and postdoctoral fellowship with a focus on neuropsychological, neurodevelopmental, and comprehensive psychological evaluations across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults.


Dr. Panarina has worked as a contract psychologist for multiple government agencies, including the Colorado Department of Corrections and an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Processing Center, where she provided diagnostic and forensic evaluations, individual therapy, and group therapy. She currently works as a Supervising Psychologist with the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), where she oversees clinical services within a civil commitment unit. In addition to her clinical and supervisory roles, Dr. Panarina has been qualified as an expert witness in El Paso County, Colorado, and Thurston County, Washington.
